The SABC Education Baba Indaba is a must for moms, dads, nannies, grandparents and toddlers. Young families can spend quality entertaining time together while being exposed to early childhood development projects that promote holistic development in homes. The exhibitions inspire parents and moms-to-be to enjoy their pregnancy and baby. Visitors will enjoy the wide variety of manufacturers, suppliers and retailers of baby care products all in one place.

SABC Education’s Takalani Sesame Muppets will be there to meet and greet visitors in Durban. Takalani Sesame is innovative programming that allows children to celebrate their childhood through learning, loving, playing, laughing and dreaming. The muppets share educational fun numeracy literacy and life skills knowledge. It is broadcast Mondays to Fridays on SABC1 at 07:30 and SABC2 at 10:00.

Entrance is R50 per adult, R20 for children 6 years and free for children under 6.

In SABC Education Baba Indaba will visit Cape Town from 3 to 5 August at the Cape Town International Conference Centre; Nasrec from 24 to 26 August at the Nasrec Exhibition Centre and Sandton from 26 to 28 October at the Sandton Convention Centre.
