Mobile TV Consortium and ICASA in dispute
MyBroadband reports that the Mobile TV Consortium has referred the Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (ICASA) to the Public Protector’s Johannesburg offices following an allegation that ICASA allowed MultiChoic to submit an application for a mobile TV broadcasting license despite the pay-TV operator submitting a late application.
