The Health and Fitness Expo will open its doors during Ironman South Africa race week and is a must-see for anyone wanting to adopt a healthier lifestyle as well as bask in the electric atmosphere of Ironman South Africa race week. Come check out the latest and greatest from the triathlon world as well as all the rage from a health and fitness standpoint.

The all-new Health and Fitness Expo will take place at the Boardwalk Casino and Entertainment Complex. This year the Expo will be bigger and better than ever - expo loyalists will be pleased to find their favourite triathlon brands at the expo as always, but this year they are taking a holistic view of health and fitness with something for everyone interested in leading a healthier lifestyle.

The Health and Fitness Expo is for everyone so whether if people want to check out the latest triathlon and sports gear or want to look for tips and tricks on how to live healthier, the Expo is not to be missed. Make a way to the Boardwalk Casino and Entertainment Complex from Thursday, 19 to Saturday, 21 April and experience what the Health and Fitness Expo has to offer.

The Health and Fitness Expo will be open during the following times:
Thursday, 19 April from 9:00 to 18:00
Friday, 20 April from 9:00 to 18:00
Saturday, 21 April from 8:00 to 17:00

With over 1 800 athletes and their families having attended the 2011 Expo and entries constantly increasing, the Spec-Savers Ironman South Africa looks to remain the premier triathlon event on the African continent.
