The soccer challenge will take place in a social and championship league format. Winners of the championship league will win in cash, and winners of the social league will win R4 000’s worth of Puma products.
After a busy business year, this is the event to start unwinding by kicking back and having fun.
“Discovery is very proud to partner
Algoa FM in this year’s Discovery Corporate Soccer Challenge. This is an opportunity for us to take our core message of healthy living, and say to the men and women who make business decisions every day of their lives that they have to make important health decisions as well,” says Sandile Mkari, Discovery Sponsorship Manager.
The Khayalethu Youth Centre’s soccer team will benefit directly from Discovery’s involvement in the Corporate Soccer Challenge. Their team will receive soccer kit, boots and soccer balls.
The entry fees per team are R650 for social teams and R750 for championship teams, with each team consisting of up to ten squad members. Entry forms can be downloaded off the
Algoa FM website or found in the latest edition of
Sport Elizabeth. Alternatively, contact Donavan Shehab on 072 677 7820.
